Mariano Rajoy claimed a second term as prime minister of Spain after 10 months in limbo after Socialist deputies lifted their veto in parliament. Rajoy won a confidence vote in the 350-seat assembly by 170 votes to 111 on Saturday night, with deputies from his own People’s Party and the liberals of Ciudadanos supporting him.
