The spokesman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos, Joe Igbokwe has said that former president, is still a free man because people are pleading for him. Igbokwe made the comment after Jonathan said that former National Security Adviser (NSA), Sambo Dasuki couldn’t have stolen $2.2 billion as alleged.
