The Catalan Socialist Party (PSC) voted 241-0 against supporting the Spanish Socialist Party (PSOE) decision to abstain in favour of Mariano Rajoy (Popular Party) at the confidence vote announced today by the Speaker of Congress, Ana Pastor, following a round of talks between party leaders and King Felipe.
