MADRID, Oct. 24 (Xinhua) -- Spain's acting Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy on Monday said he saw a "bright future" for the country after the Spanish Socialist Party (PSOE) decided to abstain in the forthcoming investiture vote in order to allow him and his right wing People's Party to form a minority government.
