TULSA, Oklahoma - The Black Flower Society and The Task Force for Terence Crutcher are hosting a panel Monday called 'Action and Answers.' The event will take place at the Jazz Hall of Fame downtown and they said it's intended to help people understand the political process in order to remove barriers.
