WASHINGTON (AP) — The Latest on 2016 presidential race (all times EDT): 2:10 p.m. Hillary Clinton will campaign this week with First Lady Michelle Obama. Campaign spokesman Brian Fallon says Clinton and Obama will appear together at a rally in Winston Salem, North Carolina, on Thursday. Obama has become one of Clinton’s most powerful surrogates.
