(ANSAmed) - MADRID, OCTOBER 18 - The federal council of the Spanish Socialist Party (PSOE) will decide on Sunday, October 23, whether or not to approve the new government under outgoing prime minister Mariano Rajoy from the People's Party (PP). The date of the meeting was announced on Tuesday, state television RTE reported.
