A mother has been charged with dangerous driving causing the death of her eight-year-old son. James Crous was killed in a a nose-to-tail crash in Napier in April when the car his mother was driving failed to stop for a line of traffic. Kim Crous, 38, allegedly failed to slow for a 300-metre queue of vehicles waiting at roadworks.
