A 45 year old Zimbabwean Pastor, Charles Tembo has been fined 400 pula by the Francistown magistrate court, for entering Botswana through an un-gazzetted point of entry. Magistrate, Kaveri Kapeko ordered that if Tembo fails to pay the fine at the end of this month, he should be jailed for three months.
