Fall festival includes costume contest. Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 1300 S. U.S. 31, Franklin, will host a fall festival Oct. 29. Festivities will include a costume contest, pumpkin carving, games, music, hay rides and more from 7 to 9 p.m. All are welcome. Church celebrating retirement with meal.
