GOV. Hilario Davide III urged the Department of Health (DOH) 7 to help instead of contradict the Provincial Health Office (PHO) in the latter’s fight against dengue. Davide said he doesn’t think the PHO would recommend declaring a dengue state of calamity in the province if it didn’t have any basis.
