The capsule — nestled inside a church cornerstone — was last opened in 1929 and has contents from 1847, 1895 and 1929. The capsule will be pried out of the church’s exterior by Tim Huffman, Town of Turtle fire chief. The open house will kick off at 1 p.m. Saturday with the unveiling of the time capsule.
