The Commissioner of Police, Dr Carl Williams, has hailed Bishop Rohan Edwards for his role in handing over criminal suspect Marvin 'Fat Man' Campbell. Campbell was listed as a person of interest in relation to the five murders in March Pen, St Catherine on Sunday. He was handed over to the police by Bishop Edwards.
