CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - A woman shot and killed inside a car in northeast Charlotte Tuesday afternoon has been identified as 29-year-old Chirrelle Nicole Scott, police said Wednesday. The shooting happened around 5 p.m. near the intersection of North Tryon Street and W.T. Harris Boulevard.
