On Oct. 20, area residents are invited to the 5th Annual Life is Sweet benefit-fundraiser for Life Choices in Fremont. The dessert auction starts at 6:30 p.m. in the terrace room of Nye Legacy, 3210 N. Clarkson St., Fremont.
During the event, participants bid on a host of desserts such as cake, pies, brownies, tarts and turnovers.
