. The family announces the passing of Mr. Johnté Dev Philip. He passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2016, at Schneider Hospital at the age of 24. He was a resident of Estate in St. Thomas. His celebration of life service will be held Sunday, Oct. 9, 2016, at the City Seventh-day Adventist Church, which is next to L & C Milliners Department Store.
