At least 10 people died from Matthew's wrath in three Caribbean countries, officials said. The devastation was especially brutal in southern Haiti, where sustained winds of 125 mph (200 kilometers per hour) pummeled the impoverished nation still recovering from the catastrophic 2010 earthquake.
