Nineteen-year-old Marine Lance Cpl. Carlos Segovia-Lopez was a good kid, and police believe his kindness may have been a factor in the South Los Angeles shooting that claimed his life. The City of Angels, in addition to offering a $50,000 reward to help find his killer, will on Wednesday give the Camp Pendleton serviceman a hero’s funeral.
