Edo State Governor, Adams Oshiomhole, has claimed that the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP,and its candidate, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, were the actual riggers of the September 28 governorship election in the state. He said Pastor Ize-Iyamu could not have polled more than 50,000 votes if the election was not rigged.
