THIS WEEK: DOL SICK LEAVE RULE: The Labor Department will release a final rule this week requiring federal contractors to provide workers with at least seven days’ paid sick leave per year. The rule, which implements a 2015 executive order , left the White House Office of Management and Budget last week.
