Gov. Simon Lalong of Plateau has called on Nigerians to change their attitudes for the positive change envisioned by the Federal Government to occur. Lalong made the call on Sunday at a Church service at Living Faith Church, Jos, to mark the 56th Independence Anniversary of Nigeria.
