CLARKSVILLE, OH (FOX19) - A 9-year-old and a 15-year-old are behind at least two threats made at Clinton-Massie schools, according to Clinton County Sheriff Ralph Fizer. In the past week, deputies say four notes referencing a bomb within the school district have been reported and found by school officials.
