ST. LOUIS • Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, in the city’s Hyde Park neighborhood, didn’t end up as German-speaking immigrants initially envisioned in 1898, the year it was built. The old church with dueling 215-foot spires was once called the Cathedral of North St. Louis.
