ELMORE CO., AL (WSFA) - Elmore County prosecutors requested a higher bond for first-degree rape suspect Chase Hughes, 27, Friday. Hughes was arrested Sunday for reportedly kicking in the back door of a Redland woman's house, pulling her out of the shower, and raping her, according to court documents.
