SOLON, Ohio -- A Cuyahoga County grand jury has indicted the man accused of fatally shooting a woman after a crash at a busy intersection in Solon. Matthew R. Desha, 29, of North Ridgeville, is charged with aggravated murder, murder, and more than a dozen additional counts in the Aug. 27 shooting of Deborah Pearl.
