SOLON, Ohio -- A Cuyahoga County grand jury has indicted the man accused of fatally shooting a woman after a crash at a busy intersection in Solon. Matthew R. Desha, 29, of North Ridgeville, is charged with aggravated murder and 15 lesser offenses in the Aug. 27 shooting of Deborah Pearl. His arraignment is scheduled Sept.
