SOLON, Ohio – The North Ridgeville man accused in a deadly shooting in Solon is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who has dealt with mental health issues in the years since his discharge, records show. The North Ridgeville Police Department noted in a report that Matthew R. Desha suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder.
