A Montgomery County grand jury has indicted Torace D. Weaver, 37, in connection to a 2-year-old boy’s death in 2015. Weaver, who is not in custody, was indicted on two counts of murder; involuntary manslaughter; two counts of endangering children; felonious assault; reckless homicide; and obstructing official business, according to court records.
