BEING the 13th man in the initial 7s team for Rio did not dampen Ro Masivesi Dakuwaqa's dream to represent his country at the Olympic Games. Dakuwaqa was taken to provide injury cover for the initial 12-member squad and had to stay with officials of the Fijian contingent outside the Games village in Rio.
