By Benjamin Flowers. The Reporter Newspaper Melissa Ferguson, common-law wife of accused murderer William “Danny” Mason, is out on bail after being charged with conspiracy to commit kidnapping. Ferguson, a 51-year-old Canadian citizen, got bail of $12,000 and two surities from the Supreme Court on Monday afternoon.
