BANNING, CA – Local community members are coming together to provide Pass area residents with a tremendous free back-to-school package, complete with kicks, haircuts and more. "Soles on Souls" is planned for Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Banning's Repplier Park. It's scheduled to last until 1 p.m.
