HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – The Hendersonville father charged with shooting and killing his 11-year-old daughte r is due to appear before a judge Friday. A bond hearing for Timothy Batts is scheduled for 9 a.m. Batts is charged with reckless homicide, tampering with evidence, false reporting and felony firearm possession.
