Welcome to European Gospel Radio (EGR)!
Our mission is to spread the Gospel to the World on Shortwave, AM/Medium Wave, Satellite radio, TV and the InternetEGR is owned and operated by NEXUS-IBA, a non profit association of broadcasters and program producers
| The Get Down is a lavish remix of hip-hop history - and a big mess of a TV show |
|
The first episode, far too long at almost 90 minutes, melds Luhrmann's visual and aural elegance (his films include Moulin Rouge, Australia and The Great Gatsby) with a sincere reverence for his subject matter. The colours, the sounds, the vibe of the show – it's all over the place, adhering to no fixed structure or momentum.
