The Minister of Niger Delta -Affairs, Pastor Usani Ugum Usani said federal government is committed to the welfare of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in the country particularly in the North -East region devastated by insurgency. The Minister stated this at Damare Internally Displaced persons IDP Camp in Yola on Saturday.
