A man accused of inappropriately touching a 12-year-old girl was a pastor and also worked at an after school program, according to Greenville County deputies. James Brian Briley is charged with criminal sexual conduct, the warrant said. Deputies said Briley was the campus pastor at Summit Church on Rutherford Road in Greenville.
