DOVER-FOXCROFT – Life is precious. For a family living after an untimely death, life has a hard time returning to normalcy. Dr. Alfred S. Buck is living proof. On Dec. 17, 2015, in Virginia, Buck’s 19-year-old granddaughter, Michelle, was struck in a crosswalk by a vehicle and died as a result of the accident.
