GRAND BLANC, MI – A court case involving nearly $1,800 in unpaid rent is part of the investigation into a shooting that left two women dead and forced doctors to deliver a baby several weeks early. Jacquelyne Tyson, 54, is accused of walking into the office at Grand Oaks apartments at 11284 Grand Oak Dr.
