Staff Writer. MIDDLETOWN — Rick McCrabb A Middletown man died last week from injuries he suffered in an industrial accident, according to the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office.
Johnathan Eric Mullins, 22, died from blunt force head trauma and his death was ruled accidental, the coroner’s office said.
