One of the documents is a memo written by an archdiocese priest regarding the halted internal investigation into sexual improprieties by Nienstedt. Nienstedt, the document says, had a social relationship with former priest Curtis Wehmeyer that could have interfered with any disciplining of the St. Paul priest.
