A 2-year-old boy was killed and a 3-year-old girl was wounded by stray bullets in a possible gang-related, drive-by shooting in Minneapolis on Friday, according to reports. A pastor was sitting outside of North Memorial Medical Center when a man drove up carrying a young child, . Both were covered in blood.
