By Fungai Lupande. Former MDC-T MP Timothy Mubhawu was yesterday warned by the court against assaulting his wife before his domestic violence case was withdrawn. Harare magistrate Mr Vakayi Chikwekwe expressed concern over the decision by Mubhawu's wife, Molleen Elizabeth, to have the matter withdrawn before plea.
