| What are new orange meters at Clematis Street and CityPlace all about? |
|
“We are hoping people put their spare change in the meters and we are going to collect that change and it is going to go directly to housing for the homeless because we know that housing is the most important thing,” Muoio said. The city has installed eight of the bright orange, donated meters on Clematis Street and two at City Place.
