| MP Mutambo wanted for skipping hearing on assault case |

A warrant for Joe Mutambo's arrest has been issued after his failure to appear in court for the hearing of an assault case. Principal magistrate Esther Boke issued the warrant on Wednesday when the Mwingi Central MP skipped court. Mutambo was charged in October 2015 with assaulting Pastor Thomas Wahome of Helicopter Church.
