DANVILLE — When Thomas Miller became a teenager, Danville's nighttime curfew for minors was about five years old. Miller, now 60, recalled that police had no trouble enforcing it. "Kids were home at night," said the pastor of the New Life Church of Faith, Danville school board member and community activist.
