Only ten jurors remain deliberating Elaine Biddersingh ’s fate after a juror was dismissed Sunday afternoon after concerns he might have watched television in his hotel room at night.
During deliberations jurors are sequestered and are not permitted to watch television or use the internet. The televisions in their rooms are disconnected.
