RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) - A challenger is seeking a recount in his congressional primary race against U.S. Rep. Robert Pittenger of North Carolina. Charlotte First Baptist Church pastor Mark Harris said in an email that he's writing a letter formally asking for a recount.
