GALVESTON, Texas Click2Houston.com Staff - A young girl was injured Tuesday after being bitten on the leg by a shark at Pirates Beach, Galveston officials said. Her father, Matthew Melton, and his two children were returning to shore from swimming about 5:30 p.m. when she was bitten.
