TULSA, Oklahoma - The location of a juvenile justice center is once again on the agenda of the Tulsa County Commissioners' meeting, with proponents and opponents airing their views. The $40 million center was to be built at Martin Luther King Boulevard and 36th Street North before protestors said they don't want it in their backyards.
