HENRICO, VA (WWBT) - Family reunions are being held all over the nation. A special one is happening this Saturday at the Henrico Theatre, and all families are invited. "Captain Charismatic" is the featured guest, a character who has been making a difference in the lives of families for decades. Rapping onstage is nothing new to Pastor Jim Langlois.
