TULSA, Oklahoma - People are still working to recover from a tornado that ripped through part of north Tulsa more than two months ago. For at least one woman, getting things back on track is almost impossible. The roof of Yolanda Lucas’ home is missing, and the work to do inside is staggering - preventing her from once again calling it home.
